1356 Vintage World War II Posters. Patriotic posters were an effective way to win the hearts and minds of Americans during World War II. This interesting collection assembled by designer Mark Karvon includes the very famous “Rosie the Riveter” by artist J. Howard Miller. The real-life Rosie was Naomi Parker Frawley, a factory worker at Alameda Naval Station in California, who just passed away in January 2018 at the age of 96.
