Made lovingly by hand in Massachusetts, each peppermint candy cane is rolled straight out to 13 inches long and over 1/2 inch in diameter, and then curled into it's signature Shepherds Hook Shape.
Then then take the finished cane and dip over 5 inches of it into rich Milk Chocolate.
