A best-selling car toy item that kids love racing across the floor, simply pull them back across a surface to activate the mechanism, then let them go and watch them race! Flashing lights activate with pull-back motion to light the path cars are racing on. Cars are made with non-toxic plastic and include non-replaceable batteries.
