A crowd favorite and oh so versatile, this creamy and tangy Thai influenced peanut sauce has all the flavor you'd expect from a peanut sauce with less sodium, fat and calories.
We swap out coconut milk with a lower calorie almond milk we make ourselves to avoid preservatives then swap out soy sauce with coconut aminos for lower sodium. We also blend lime juice, ginger, and a little chili garlic sauce for just the right amount of heat.
