Description
BRUSH-FIRE our most mild - this wonderful taste, perhaps more than anything else, gave us our start in the specialty foods business. Considered by many to be the best salsa they've ever tasted. We were encouraged to put it in jars and offer it to the public. The name isn't cold stove or anything similar, it is Brush-Fire, a little fire. Certainly tolerable by most everyone, but it does include some hot peppers in the recipe.
