Shipping & Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of products purchased.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us through email or by phone.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We may sometimes change the shipping method if we find a better method based on the items purchased. Domestic packages are shipped without insurance, international packages are shipped insured.
If you are shipping to a PO box, the only methods we can use is the postal service.
We are happy to take International orders. Free Shipping (both individual items and Total Cart free shipping) does not apply to International orders. In cases where free shipping would have applied, we will apply a reduced shipping rate for international orders. Contact us for a more precise quote. Any customs charges, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Not all of our items are allowed to be shipped to all Countries. Because of this, we will notify you if you have purchased an item that we cannot ship. We do not charge your order to your card until the order has shipped.
